Abundantly planted where I'm supposed to be

My life is filled with abundance.
I am exactly where I'm supposed to be.

Two of the life changing beliefs I gained in 2015. You and I both have the potential and power for new beliefs, intentions and manifestations in 2016.

This year I have no desperate resolutions to lose weight, start a diet or change in a way I believe others want me to be. Continuously, these shallow promises to myself leave me feeling not good enough and like a failure. This year and for today I am choosing to grow in happiness, purpose and connection and so can you.

These are moments and daily practices, not something to just check off a box. This year I've chosen to explore 7 different areas of my life in order to expand my quality of life. Join me in choosing to connect deeper and show up for ourselves and each other by nourishing the spirit within. If you think something's missing below, I encourage you to add it in and make it your own.
  • Family/Relationships
    • Is there someone you'd like to spend more time with?
    • What relationships are meaningful to you? Have you expressed your feelings to them?
    • Are you sticking with people who support your dreams and visions?
  • Finances
    • What's a realistic personal savings goal?
    • Debt to pay off?
    • Any big purchases you are planning?
    • How much money can you donate to organizations that you support?
  • Health/ Wellness
    • How will you move your body/ exercise this year?
    • Is there a new fitness class you want to try?
    • What food nourishes your body? And your soul?
    • Is there a doctor's visit you've been putting off?
    • How many massages would you like to get? Acupuncture? Other wellness modalities?
  • Hobbies/Creativity
    • How will you spend your free time?
    • What can you get lost in for hours?
    • How do you express yourself? Music? Painting? Writing? Woodworking? Others?
    • Are there groups or classes where you can meet others with similar hobbies?
  • Experiences
    • What is something new you would like to try?
    • Somewhere you'd like to visit?
    • Host a party?
  • Self Growth/Spirituality
    • How would you like to be?
    • How can you practice prayer and/or meditation daily/weekly/monthly?
    • Whats your connection with your Higher Power? God? Universe? Energy? The ultimate Creator?
    • Do you have a mentor? Would you like to gain one? How can you do this?
  • Career
    • Where do you want to be in your career? Do you want to stay where you are?
    • Is there something more you want to pursue?
    • What's the next step?

Now, hold this in your heart and keep it close by. Be gentle with yourself, these are your intentions for the year and not a plan for you to fail. We are human, not perfectly oiled and inspected machines. Trust that there is more than meets my eyes or your eyes. There's something deeper and WE are capable of amazing moments.

Here's my advice to you for 2016...
